On Sunday, August 24, I borrowed my father's Jeep Liberty and allowed him to use my 2003 Toyota Corolla LE while I transported my daughter to college in Indiana. The Jeep was used to tow a one-way trailer rental from Marietta to Bloomington, IN. The trip to Indiana and back was scheduled to last until Thursday, August 28, during which time my father would use my Corolla and I would use the Jeep.
Some time before 4:45 PM on Tuesday, August 26, 2008, my father was attempting to turn left from Ga. Hwy 5 onto Shallowford Road in Cobb county in a heavy rain. He did not see a vehicle approaching from the opposite direction on Hwy 5 and turned into the path of the oncoming vehicle. The oncoming vehicle struck my Corolla in the right rear area causing extensive damage, including tearing the bumper off the vehicle. At this time, I have not seen the vehicle.

| 8/27/2008 | 7:45 PM | I call number left by Sam. An attendant answers and tells me the office closed at 5PM Eastern Time and transfers me to the voice mail box. I leave a message for Sam. |
| 8/27/2008 | 7:49 PM | I attempt to contact my father for the 4th time today. No one answers their home phone. I leave a message on their answering machine. |
| I contact a friend seeking advise. He thinks that my insurance company will pay for the damages to my vehicle under my collision coverage, the attempt to collect from my father's policy under his liability coverage. He has no collision coverage. | ||
